#1

My Grandma and I recently did a fast/detox... and it changed out lives.....
Super organic... no meats, poultrys, dairy, sugars, caffeine, no yeasted or unwholegrain carbohydrates... etc etc...
it sounds super restricting... but it leaves you feeling brilliants.
we've been off it two days, and i feel like hell.
so we're going back on it...
except have anemia... so i'm going to eat red meat, and we'll add organic/freerange poultry... seriously limit sugar, tea and unsweeted coffee is fine... and i think carbohydrates hate me... yeast = hell.
we lived on porridge (a really good carb) and it's like a miracle food, but i'll talk about that later.....
